Recruitment

Business Online (T) Ltd offers recruitment and executive selection services to both public and private sector clients.  We can assist in the recruitment of competent staff for various positions your organisations. This is made possible since we are well-established in Tanzania . We have a well qualified and experienced team of professionals who can select candidates to suit your requirement. 

Whether you are looking for assistance in designing a recruitment programme or to outsource the design and management of all your recruitment and selection, we are available to explore the options with you.

How we work:

To ensure we provide you with the best candidate(s) we will, whenever possible, visit you to gather more information about the positions/vacancies being announced or advertised. We will also look at how you operate: the organisational culture, company’s strategy and objectives including the structure of the company.

If the client or company location does not allow us to meet you, the same information could be taken by telephone, fax or email.

Once the relevant information has been gathered, we will carry out in depth interviews with potential candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the client.

Throughout the process, we will ensure that both the client and the candidate are kept fully updated on progress until a candidate is selected.

Services we offer in Recruitment:

  • Database Searches -

We have established database of over 2,500 CVs covering a diverse range of professionals.  Often, clients ask that we search through our database of past candidates to find those who meet their required qualifications and experience, and contact them to see if the would like to be considered for a particular post.

  • Head Hunting –

You will often find that high performing individuals who are movers and shakers of the organisations will not necessarily respond to the advertising for positions or deposit their CVs with us, however, they respond a lot more when contacted individually.  Business Online (T) Ltd does head hunting for positions that require specific knowledge of individuals and where time is critical to the organisation.  This is possible because we maintain a wide range of personal contacts in various professions or academics.

  • Advertising on newspapers –

Where you require positions/vacancies to be advertised in the newspapers, we are capable of handling the whole recruitment process as following:

    • Place the vacancies to be advertised on the newspapers
    • Receive the applications
    • Review and screen the applications
    • Shortlist competent candidates
    • Conduct preliminary interviews
    • Prepare a report of final short-listed candidates to be presented to the Client for final interviews.

Payroll Management

Using the payroll management software we offer various level of payroll support.  We are flexible enough to accommodate our specific requirements on the level of outsourcing.

We start from the basic level of doing only the payroll to printing payslips, direct account crediting (bank processing), paying the statutory and pension bodies and submitting various reports to you.  You only have to tell us how far you want us to go.
